For Customers Attending The Show

Due to recent events, extra security measures will be in place, with inspection of bags and metal detector body checks conducted upon entry. As a result, entry to the venue may take longer than usual, so we encourage you to arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Certain items are prohibited from being brought into the venue, so please carefully check the list below.

We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.

(RED) ZONE ticket holders

  • Check-in for (Red) Zone customers will take place from 5pm in front of B Gate, at the dedicated Red Zone check in counter. Upon check in, you will receive your tickets and wrist bands.
  • Check-in queue tickets will be distributed in front of B Gate from 8am onwards. Check-in will be conducted in the order of the number written on these tickets.
  • Entrance to the arena will be conducted in the order of number written on Red Zone tickets. The earlier you check in, the smaller number you get on your tickets.
  • Cloak for (RED) ZONE customers is available after check in.
  • With the exception of plastic bottled water, food & drink may not be brought into the (Red) Zone.
    1. 08:00-16:00 Distribution of numbered queue tickets
      • (Red) Zone check-in will take place in order of numbered queue ticket, starting from number 1.
      • Only the representative of your group may pick up a queue ticket.
      • Customers who arrive at the (Red) Zone check-in location after the distribution of queue tickets has finished will be asked to line up after people holding queue tickets.
    2. 17:00- (Red) Zone check-in commences
      • Check-in will take place in order of numbered queue ticket
      • Customers who have purchased multiple tickets must only check in once all members of the group are present. Check-in for accompanying members only is not possible.
      • Upon checking in, staff will confirm purchaser identity, so please ensure you bring photo ID with you. ID that is out of date, a copy, or a photo/data version will not be accepted.
    3. 18:00- Entry to venue
      • Entry to venue will be conducted in the order of the number indicated on your ticket. If in any doubt, please ask a member of staff.
    4. 19:30- Show starts
    5. 19:50- (Red) Zone check-in closes

Standing (Front/Rear) ticket holders

  • Please enter the venue via W Gate.
    • Entrance will be conducted in the order of the number indicated on your ticket. A stand-by area for entry will be opened one hour prior to doors. Please ensure that you follow instructions of staff, and enter the venue in the order specified.
    • A cloakroom for non (Red) Zone customers will be available. The counter will open from 1pm, with a charge of ¥1000 (one bag, up to 45l). After checking your bag in, it will not be possible to check it out and in again. The cloakroom will be located by Gate S2 (1st floor), within the Saitama Super Arena Exhibition Hall.
      The cloakroom is unable to take custody of high value items and will be not held liable for any theft of such. Please ensure you take responsibility for your own belongings.
  • With the exception of unopened plastic bottled water, food & drink may not be brought into the Standing areas.

SS seat ticket holders

  • Please enter the venue via A Gate. The SS ticket holder gift will be distributed upon entry. Please note that SS ticket gifts will not be distributed at a later date for those who are unable to attend the concert.
  • With the exception of unopened plastic bottled water, food & drink may not be brought into the SS seated areas.

S seat ticket holders

  • Please enter the venue via N Gate.

A seat ticket holders

  • Please enter the venue via N Gate.

Stage Side seat, Back Stand seat ticket holders

  • Ticket holders with seats located on 200 level should enter via A Gate.
  • Ticket holders with seats located on 400 level should enter via N Gate.

Prohibited Items

PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Aerosol cans (hairspray, mace, pepper spray, etc.)
  • Animals (except certified service animals to aid guests with disabilities)
  • Hard backpacks or backpacks with framing (soft backpacks are permitted), luggage, grocery & paper bags, duffle bags, large bags, large purses or large camera cases
  • Balloons (air or helium)
  • Balls (beach balls, footballs, etc.)
  • Banners or large flags
  • Cameras with lenses longer than three inches. Decals, stickers, confetti or glitter
  • Drones and/or remote-controlled aircraft
  • Electronic equipment including laptop computers, video recorders, tripods & wearable video cameras including Go Pros.
  • Fireworks
  • Food and beverages or liquids (cans, bottles, boxes, flasks, etc.). Water is permitted but must be factory sealed upon entry into venue.
  • Illegal substances
  • Knives, pocket knives, box cutters, scissors, etc.
  • Laser pointers
  • Markers (permanent) and/or paint
  • Noisemaking devices (bells, horns, kazoos, whistles, etc.)
  • Objects that can be used as missiles or projectiles (sticks, bats, clubs, Frisbees, etc.)
  • Offensive or profane messages or images on signs and clothing. Must comply with standards of taste and decency
  • Seat cushions
  • Selfie sticks
  • Strollers and infant car seats or carriers
  • Umbrellas
  • Weapons
  • Signs are permitted, as long as they fit the following criteria:
    a. cannot be larger than 28”(71cm) x 22”(56cm)
    b. cannot display profanity or objectionable images
    c. cannot contain political wording/image
    d. wording/images must be in good taste
    e. cannot be on sticks/poles

Security personnel have permission to ask guests with signs to lower their signs that are obstructing the view of other guests.

Merchandise sales

Merchandise sales will take place by C Gate, on both days from 1pm in the dedicated sales area.

  • Items for sale, their contents, price, and timing of sale are subject to change. Please confirm at the venue on the day.
  • Sales will be cash only.
  • With the exception of faulty items, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. Please ensure you confirm the size of the item at the time of purchase.
  • Overnight queuing for merchandise is prohibited. Please visit the merchandise area at the specified start time.
  • Customers without a ticket for the show may purchase merchandise.
  • Merchandise sales will also take place at a location inside the venue.
  • Subject to remaining stocks, merchandise sales will also take place after the show.

Loitering in the vicinity of venue entrance/exits

  • Loitering in the vicinity of the venue for Artist arrival and departure is prohibited. The Artist, Organiser and Venue will not accept any liability for incidents caused by such behaviour.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving maliciously and may hand such person over to local law enforcement authorities.

Other guidelines

  • Watching the show from seats / areas other than the one for which you have purchased a ticket is prohibited.
  • Please follow the instructions of staff inside the venue. The Artist, Organiser and Venue will not accept any liability for incidents and damage due to instructions not being followed.
  • Throwing items towards the stage, running up to the stage, and other forms of dangerous behaviour are strictly prohibited. Failure to follow the instructions of operations staff may result in expulsion from the venue. In this case tickets will not be refunded.
  • In the case that the show is for some reason suspended, cancelled or postponed, travel, accommodation, and other expenses incurred (included cancellation fees) will not be compensated.
  • There are limited parking facilities in the vicinity of the venue. We strongly encourage you to use public transport in travelling to the venue.
